SNAP-Ed Presents Reducing Food Waste with Sustainable Food Practices

Join the SNAP-Ed team for a presentation all about creating healthy & sustainable food practices. We will work to identify healthy recipes that reuse food scraps & leftover foods, explore food preservation techniques while learning how to decode expiration dates, and set goals to reduce food waste at home. Also included in the session will be a recipe demonstration and tasting that puts what we learned into practice!
