Yoga is a system of techniques that allows individuals to nourish themselves from the inside and connect to the body’s innate intelligence. Through slow, mindfulness-based movements and intentional breathing, yoga helps us take agency over our state of being, which in turn helps us naturally manage the inevitable highs and lows of the human experience. No experience is needed to join.
