STROKE AWARENESS

Monday, December 16, 2019 / 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM

Stroke is occurring younger and younger. MVHS has cared for
stroke patients from their teens to over 100. Many are in
their 40's and 50's! It often leaves people disabled and
dependent on others. The good news- it's preventable!!
MVHS is offering a free educational session to learn
simple tips that could help you prevent stroke,
learn why stroke is a medical emergency, the stroke treatments
that are available, and what simple questions you
as the bystander witnessing someone having a stroke
can ask that may save a life! The talk is
approximately 1 hour including time for questions.

PRESENTED BY THE
MOHAWK VALLEY HEALTH SYSTEM.

FREE TO THE PUBLIC!
