Millie Rivera is a seasoned performer with an extensive dance background.  The Utica Public Library is pleased to host this performance that displays Ms. Rivera’s skill, style, and talent with several dance forms including jazz, hip-hop, Latin ballroom, and modern.  The comparison has been drawn between Ms. Rivera and dance icon Rita Moreno.  You won’t be disappointed in this presentation by this truly talented woman!
