The Utica Public Library has a wide variety of feature films and non-fiction titles on videocassette and DVD in the library collection.
Adults 18-years-old and over may check out movies at the Circulation Desk. A maximum of four (4) movies may be borrowed at one time for a three (3) day circulation period.
