Adults 18-years-old and over may request materials not available in the Mid-York Library System through interlibrary loan. A valid library card is required to request items.

The Utica Public Library has a wide variety of feature films and non-fiction titles on videocassette and DVD in the library collection.
Renewing Materials
In general, library materials may be renewed once provided there are no outstanding reserves for the items.
There are several ways to renew your library materials:
Loan Periods and Late Fees
Library cards are issued free of charge and may be used throughout the Mid-York Library System. Patrons must provide identification with a current address to apply for library cards. Cards expire in three years and can be renewed if the record is clear of fines or lost book charges.
