GiftLaw - A free public service by Crescendo software and Comdel, Inc. that helps attorneys, CPA's, financial planners, CLU's, trust officers and other gift planning professionals work together with charities. GiftLaw includes web pages for the Washington Hotline, Revenue Rulings, Private Letter Rulings, the Article of the Month and the Case of the Week. The GiftLaw content may be accessed through "Portal Pages" on the web sites of participating charities. Each professional will first select the GiftLaw "Portal Page" on the web site of the charity and then may access the GiftLaw site. When a charity subscribes to the free GiftLaw service, a web page may be downloaded by the charity. The charity agrees that it will include that page in its web site. Each charity is permitted to use the upper part of the charity's GiftLaw web page for local content.
